Copyright: Under English law, Glenn Mather Photography retains the copyright to any image / photograph resulting from your booking and as such we may use any image for the sole purpose of promoting the company in the future.
Whilst Glenn Mather Photography retains full copyright as outlined above, you are free to use any image / photograph supplied to you as part of a paid Print or DVD package as long as it is for your own personal use and not for profit.
Any images contained within this web site remain the sole property of Glenn Mather Photography and may not by copied or used in any way without written consent.
Limitations: Glenn Mather Photography may be limited by restrictions placed on them by the venue as to where, when and how photographs may be taken, e.g. no flash allowed. This may impact on the number, style, variety and quality of photographs taken. Due to the vagaries of the weather and the willingness of subjects, it may not be possible to capture all the images requested. The client accepts these limitations.
In addition, not every photograph taken on the day may actually result in an acceptable or useable image. Such images will not be presented to the client.
Wedding albums or DVD's supplied may differ from any illustrations, descriptions or samples shown, but will be supplied of similar or better quality.
Liability: Any liability by either party is limited to the total amount of monies paid to Glenn Mather Photography by the client. Neither party is liable for any additional or consequential losses whatsoever.
Images: All image sizes are nominal. We will endeavour to provide a pleasing colour balance, but cannot guarantee exact colour matching owing to anomalous reflectance caused by a combination of certain dyes and materials especially man-made fibers. Varying lighting conditions also mean it is sometimes impossible to reproduce the exact colour as perceived by the human eye.
When printing from the printable DVD, we cannot guarantee that images produced will be consistent when printed from different printers or suppliers, as clearly we have no control over which service provider, printer, paper, ink, colour profile, etc. are being used to produce the photographs.
Images will be kept by Glenn Mather Photography for a minimum of six months from the date of your wedding. After this time images may be deleted without notice. If you have not provided Glenn Mather Photography with your photographic selections for your album by this time, then it may be impossible for an album to be produced or increased prices may apply.
License: The Photographer shall be granted artistic license in relation to the poses photographed and the locations used. The Photographers judgment regarding the locations/poses and number of images taken shall be deemed correct.
Blinking: Should the photographer notice that a member of the wedding party or guest has been seen to blink, the photograph may be taken again, but it is impossible to guarantee that all such instances will be spotted.
Data Protection: Any data held is in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Personal data supplied to the Glenn Mather Photography may be stored for future use and will only be held as long as is necessary. No data is ever provided or sold to third parties. The Photographer will take all necessary steps to ensure the information is held and used in accordance with the above Act.
Cancellation: Any cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellations made less than 16 weeks before the wedding will require full payment to be made. If the photographer can subsequently secure another booking for your original date, then your payment will be refunded (less the non-refundable / transferrable £99 deposit).
Weddings that are required to be postponed to a later date will be accommodated as long as the photographer is available for the new date and time. If the new date is not available it will be deemed a cancellation and treated as above.
